Night-time running: top tips to help you stay safe

Night-time running can easily be avoided, especially in the summer. But when autumn turns to winter keeping going on running means getting out in the cold, and often means running in the dark. If you have set yourself a target of how far you are going to run in a week or month are you really going to hit that target in the daylight hours? Your best solution could be to retreat to your local gym and do your miles on the treadmill.
